Be open to the world. The concept of Open is the fact that people lock themselves up in their safe houses and bubbles. I made a gate that is always open. When the gate is closed, the image of a woman in an open window will be visible. The gate is made of handcut steel rods soldered on a frame of 1,8 by 3,6 meters. It weighs 100 kg and slides open with a counterweight. Part of the installation was made at Montmartre Scherpenheuvel in 2018.​​​
